For deliveries to the UK, US and Australia, there is no duty, fees or charges to pay.

Deliveries to the EU ship from our Netherlands warehouse. There is no duty, fees or charges to pay for any EU deliveries. EU returns also go back to our Netherlands warehouse.

For deliveries to other countries, including Canada, Switzerland and Norway, it is likely you will be billed customs charges to receive your parcel.

The duty is paid to the government and, therefore, cannot be refunded even if you choose to return your shoes.
