Returns and exchanges from countries where it is not freeUpdated a year ago

We provide 365 days of free returns and exchanges to most countries including the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand).

If you are returning from outside these locations, you will need to pay for the return.

Once we have your return back with us, we will process your refund or exchange.

We send exchanges out free of charge, so if you can make the return to us, we will send out your new item at no charge.

We ask for the following info when you make your online return:

• Order number
• Email address used for the order
• Postcode for the delivery

You can choose to make a refund or exchange.

Once you have done this you print out a label to attach onto your parcel.

You will then need to take to a courier to return back to us.

Please keep the tracking number for your reference.

For the return value please put $10 (just a nominal value is required because these are returned goods) and state you returning goods from an online purchase.
